What do I do?

Do you want to leave your comfort zone for a while? Record a video of yourself and post it on your social media!

It’s not the case with everybody but it was with me. It was a funny experience, thanks to David’s super patience.

It was about time to connect with people via this media because in the last few years I have worked with people one-on-one and groups assisting them to transform the perception of their “bad” experiences and that is something I have not shown enough in social media.

Nothing is Ever Out of Order

We all have heard the expression "everything happens for a reason" and it's precisely after moments that cause us turmoil, disappointment or sadness that we may have the tendency to repeat this to ourselves or others, and sometimes we don't fully see what that reason is but we still want to convince ourselves.

Education, Philanthropy and Traveling in one book

The Promise of a Pencil is a great book by Adam Braun, and very thought provoking.
