It was about time to connect with people via this media because in the last few years I have worked with people one-on-one and groups assisting them to transform the perception of their “bad” experiences and that is something I have not shown enough in social media.
This work has been an enormous source of satisfaction, growth and inspiration, and the intention is to convey at least part of it. The idea is not to motivate, motivation is pushing people to do something that is not a natural inclination for them.

Some of the most common pieces of advice that many of us get these days are “all you have to do is be yourself”, “stay true to yourself”, “be authentic”, etc. They seem to be essential when starting a business, deciding a career path, in relationships and even in the Miss Universe pageant.
For understanding what “being true to yourself” means it’s worth asking how we define Truth for ourselves, we use this word in our vocabulary, but we may have not reflected enough on its meaning.
